How soon can we start and how long will it take?

I typically begin a new project once a week. Turnaround times depend on how large the project is and what the client's needs are.

What do I charge?

Every client project is different. Once enough information is received, an estimate will be given.

Question 3

What is my availability and preferred contact method?

Accepted Answer

• Email is great. Phone calls are good, too. In-person meetings are typically for my photography clients.
 • Hours of contact are Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. If I don't get to you right away, I will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible and within 24hrs.

What forms of payment do I accept?

I accept cash, debit, PayPal, Square, and Venmo. When necessary, other forms of payment may be acceptable upon request.

When to make a payment?

• For Non-Photography clients: I take payments after you approve proofs but before releasing your final images and/or prints.
 • For Photography clients: I request a down payment before our photoshoot and must receive the remaining payment when final images are released.

Do I require a signed contract?

Accepted Answer

If I am taking photos for you, yes. This ensures both of us that everything is handled properly and we are both covered for any liability reasons.

What kind of contracts will be signed?

These are just agreements to things like use of photos, copyright agreements, and payment agreements. I am happy to answer any questions during the signing process!

What is the process for Editing/Design Work?

• First, I gather information from you about the project - what you need, what your deadline is, contact information, etc.
 • Next, I give you an estimate and go over any questions, advice, or other details where necessary.
 • Then I get to work your project.
 • Next I send you proofs, either via email or a provided website link for larger projects. When you are happy with the proofs, I take payment. Once the payment is received, I give you final images.

What is the process for Photography Services?

• Preproduction - Initial contact is made, I gather information from you about the project - what your needs are, your deadlines, contact information, etc.
 • Next, I give you an estimate for my services.
 • An in-person meeting is scheduled to go over contracts, view products/space for shoots, I receive financial installment, and we schedule the photoshoot.
 • Photoshoot day - Time is needed to set up, shoot, and tear down the set (this can take anywhere from two hours, to multiple full shoot days, depending on your project size and needs.)
 • Post-production - I go through the images, edit them, and send you proofs. Final images are delivered upon receiving payment in full.

What is included with photography services?

Every client receives editing, proofs, digital copies, a copyright agreement & print release. Additional items are available and will be determined during consultation.
